If you've found your way here it was likely by invitation, so welcome! I created this site as a way to inform business associates, other professionals, investors and clients about my background, experience and interests.
Currently, with several national partners, we are working on commercial development opportunities in South Florida for hotel, convenience store, restaurant, entertainment and drug store development. With connections to many of the national chains and new entrants to the market, we are presently pursuing many different types of commercial development opportunities from vacant land to redevelopment.
A key strategic partner includes Core Asset Management. Core Asset is in the final stages of the downtown redevelopment of several city blocks in Philadelphia with hotel, entertainment and food uses. They were one of the few companies with the resources and city backing to complete this type of project in an otherwise difficult economy. They bring this valuable experience and record of success to South Florida.
